The next time you want an original frame, don't waste your time on harried searches. Call us for a range of profiles that will last a lifetime. Like all of our tools, they feature tungsten carbide micrograin cutting edges, high-strength steel attachments and tool body, and a hot PTFE fluorocarbon resin coating. Last, but not least, is the design to prevent tool kickback, a critical safety measure when using high-profile tools. For best results use an electro-milling machine of at least 1700 KW; 1.1 KW electro-milling machines can be used but only for short, shallow passes.
Tips: plan your edging work with great care, especially when the profile to be made requires several passes. If the sequence of cuts is not carefully planned, you may find yourself at a standstill and unable to complete the edgebanding operation.
Safety Recommendations: All large profile tools should always be used on an electric milling machine or a benchtop router with a guide. When possible, reduce the speed of your electric milling machine.
