Disk Type Side Grooving Cutters

The possibilities of use of these cutters are numerous: working of steps or grooves in general, realization of grooves for wooden strips or cookies, milling of tongue and groove or T joints. Each cutter has three carbide micrograin cutting edges, and is coated with orange fluorocarbon PTFE resin. The CMT design is engineered to prevent kickback.
Tips: a Ø22mm bearing is included that allows a cutting depth of 12.8mm. For shallower depths of cut (9.5mm or 6.35mm), you can order bearing kit 791.711.00 (28.5 - 34.9mm diameter).
