The next time you want an original frame, don't waste your time on harried searches. Call us for a range of profiles that will last you a lifetime. Like all of our tools, they feature tungsten carbide micrograin cutting edges, high-strength steel attachments and tool body, and a PTFE fluorocarbon resin heat seal. Last, but not least, is the design to prevent tool kickback, a critical safety measure when using high-profile tools. For best results, use an electric milling machine of at least 1.7 KW; 1.1 KW electric milling machines can be used but only for short, shallow passes.
Tips: Plan your edgebanding work with the utmost care, especially when the profile to be made requires several passes. If the sequence of cuts is not carefully planned, you may find yourself at a standstill and unable to complete the edgebanding operation.
Safety Recommendations: all large profile tools should always be used on an electric milling machine or a benchtop router with a guide. When possible, reduce the speed of your electric milling machine.
