These solid carbide helical cutters are made from a special type of super-micrograin with high hardness and a higher transverse breaking point. All this, together with the helical cutting angle, makes these carbide end mills with bearings an essential tool for the furniture manufacturer: they allow machining wood and wood derivatives without chipping and with more effective chip ejection than standard cutters. During machining, these cutters will heat up less and the cutting edges will stay sharp longer, resulting in increased productivity.
