3 in 1 with Delrin® triangular bearing is the ideal partner for all trimming needs on laminates. In fact, it solves 3 of the most common trimming problems:
-bearing locking. The new Delrin® bearing with its non-stick characteristics minimizes the possibility of the bearing getting stuck;
-panel regrinding. The new Delrin® bearing, thanks to its anti-scratch characteristics and triangular shape that offers a greater guiding surface and excellent stability, avoids the problems of scoring typical of conventional steel bearings;
-necessity of hand finishing. The special construction with axial angles guarantees an optimal finish and limits the need for sanding.
The bearing is PATENT PENDING:
-greater driving surface;
-anti-blocking;
-anti-scratch surface.

Application
Thanks to the innovative conical cutting edges of this milling cutter, you will always be able to get perfect millings even after regrinding. In fact, the most common problem with trimming cutters is the smaller diameter after resharpening, which leaves a mark on the material; now, with the new CMT construction you can resharpen the cutter up to six times without any problem. Simply remember to adjust the cutter higher or lower as you can see in the photo gallery.
