These sets are intended for the production of furniture and interior doors in hard and soft wood. They offer the versatility of mounting five different knives to produce the most popular classic profiles. The adjustable milling cutter included in the sets can also be used separately to make adjustable millings from 8mm to 15mm thick.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
-hard aluminum alloy body with elev. resistance to tensile and bending forces for type 1 & 2 heads;
-High strength special steel body for type 3 heads;
-2 HWM knives type (A1) 25x29,8x2mm [Z2];
-2 HWM knives 7,65x12x1,5mm [Z2];
-2 HWM knives type (A2) 25x29,8x2mm [Z2];
-4 HWM knives 14x14x1,2mm [V4];
-12 spacer rings from 0.1mm to 3mm for type 1 & 2 heads;
-12 spacer rings from 0,1mm to 2mm for type 3 heads;
-tools for manual feed (MAN);
-Pins for automatic knife positioning.
Sold in a practical and sturdy plastic package.
Application
Use: to produce doors for furniture and interior doors.
Machines: spindle moulder.
Material: perfect result on hardwood, softwood and panels with a maximum thickness of 48mm.
IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS:
For tightening the screws we recommend the use of the dynamometric screwdriver TW-006.
