Bedano with diamond profile ideal for all types of wood, does not bead and does not overheat. The sharpening is carried out on a normal bench grinder, provided that the grinding disk does not have a large "grain", better if the sharpener is at low speed (100 + 120 to 1 ') and water bath. Ideal grinding wheel 220 grit.
